Join the LABC as we hear from leading public, private, and academic leaders on the impact of COVID-19 on our region’s economy. FivePoint Chairman and CEO, Emile Haddad, will present the public health emergency’s effect on the residential and commercial real estate market, while Stuart Gabriel, Director of the UCLA Ziman Center for Real Estate, provides an economic forecast for Los Angeles. We will also hear from Victor Parker, Director of SBA’s Los Angeles District Office, on the current status of the Paycheck Protection Program and small business resources.
All of this will be moderated by our very own Founding and Vice Chair, Richard Ziman, Chairman of Rexford Industrial Realty.
