Soup is here for 2017!
A fifth serving of Los Angeles Soup will be on Wednesday, March 8th at LA Kitchen. We are excited to partner with an amazing organization that believes that neither people nor food should go to waste.
Soup is a community dinner funding micro-grants for social impact and creative projects in LA.
Attendees will enjoy a simple supper of delicious soup and receive a vote to select their favorite project. Selected presenters have five minutes to share their idea and answer questions from the audience. At the event, attendees eat, talk, share resources, and vote on the project they favor the most. The ballots are counted and the winner goes home with all of the money raised to carry out their project. Winners come back to a future Soup dinner to report their project’s progress and success.
