Food Safety Basics for Urban Farmers: How to ensure a safe harvest, from the field to the fork. This is the fourth in a series of four Los Angeles County workshops that will be held on 7/21, 7/28, 8/4, and 8/11. Take one or take all four of these low-cost workshops.
